During our unit on identity, we have been discussing what makes us who we are. We have looked at religion, family, political views and etc. as making up who we are. Today we are going to have a chance to write a nonfiction article about a classmate. Most of the work has already been done for you! At the beginning of the unit you had a homework assignment to write out your personal identity story. We are going to take these stories and pretend to write a nonfiction article for the school newspaper about a partner. Use your partner's identity story that I gave you to complete the outline for your article. When your're finished filling out the outline, print out your paper to hand in.
